      2. $10,000 CDN towards a home renovation project: If the Grand Prize winner owns a residence, the winner must do a "renovation project" at his/her residence. Working with Sponsor the winner can either select their preferred contractor to quote on the renovation project and/or Sponsor will make the necessary arrangement with a National Retailer who provides home renovation services to provide a quote for the requested renovation project. The renovation project should be quoted within sixty (60) days of being contacted by Sponsor. If the cost of the renovation project is less than $10,000 the difference will not be provided to the winner. If the winner does not own a residence, then at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, the winner can transfer the $10,000 to an immediate family member subject to Sponsor approval to undertake a renovation project under the same terms and conditions as though winner was able to use the $10,000 on his/her own residence; or receive a term deposit with a maturity of 12 months that winner could apply toward a down payment on a residence. Sponsor will not be responsible for any additional costs whatsoever including, without limitation, costs associated with either labour and parts or material required due to any hidden or unforeseen work required during the project and or to complete the project. In addition Sponsor will not be responsible for the quality of workmanship and any future costs whatsoever associated with the renovation work performed. The renovation project should be scheduled to be completed by no later than December 30, 2012. All arrangements for Prize are subject to Sponsor's final approval. In addition the winner must provide Sponsor with a minimum of twelve (12) before and after pictures of the renovation ("Renovation Photos").
